A simple Visualization exercise.

A simple exercise to help sharpen and define your ability to visualize.
Close your eyes and imagine you are looking at a white wall. Now imagine that you are projecting simple
geometric forms - ie a line, a dot, triangle, circle and so on, onto the wall.
When you feel you are able to see the forms clearly enough, begin visualizing the wall in colour - Red, Yellow, Black etc.
It may help if you look at a coloured object with your eyes open first before closing your eyes and
mentally seeing the colour.
Finally, practise visualizing the geometric forms in various colours, change the forms and the colours until you can
mentally picture them at will.
